  THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW  
     
  UPLOADING FILES  
 
  • To ensure that your images com out clearly, your resolution should be at 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the exact size you would like your document printed. For example if you have a flyer that is 4"x6", it should be sized as a 4"x6" at 300 dpi. Note: online images are typically 72 dpi and are not suitable for printing. If you are interested in stock art, we can provide you with access to our library of over 25 million images!
  • Bleed is a printing term that refers to your image continuing as if off the edge of the page. However, during the cutting process, there is a small chance that images right at the edge of a document could be cut off, or not included in the final product. To ensure that this does not happen, we ask that you add an additional 1/8" to the document, and also keep all critical text and images at least 1/8" inside the final cut size of the document.
  • We can assist with designing your products! However, if you have your own design, to ensure that files are properly set-up, we encourage you to download the FILE SUPPLY GUIDE, which will help ensure that your file prints exactly as you would like.
 
   
   
   
   
   
   
  PRODUCTS/ORDERING  
 
  • All press run products can be ordered by creating a MY.PRINTING.COM account. Items can be ordered and paid for, and files can be uploaded directly through your account. If you don't have an account, it takes about a minute to sign-up.
  • Items that are not listed on the Printing.com website require a custom quote. You can email us at mike@graphicsinatlanta.com, or complete the form located on the QUOTES page (above). Expect an answer within 24-48 hours. If you need something sooner, please do not hesitate to call us.
  • Most items will be delivered with 3-7 business days. If you need something sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us (Rush fees may apply).
  • We offer shipping on most items through UPS. Standard shipping rates will apply. Upon confirmation of your order, shipping costs will be included.
  • On most orders, we will provide a PDF email proof before printing. If you would like a full-color proof, we can provide that at an additional fee.
  • When requesting revisions, we ask that you provide a numbered list of changes to ensure that each correction or update is applied.

  • If you are interested in an in-person consultation, we welcome walk-ins, however, it is best to contact us for an appointment.
  • Refunds - orders are made to your specification and/or personalized by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn't meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of Graphics In Atlanta.
